Hello, thank you so much for visiting my website!

My name is Anjana Vaidyaraman and I’m a senior at Interlake High School. 

From a young age, I have loved to fold origami. I enjoy figuring out how paper folds and fits together to create beautiful results. I mainly fold complex geometric pieces such as modular origami and tessellations. 

In middle and high school, I conducted independent research projects on the applications of origami in aerospace, combining my interest in folding and engineering.

I am currently Vice Chair of the OrigamiUSA Junior Board, an initiative that aims to involve youth in the origami community. 

I’m excited to be documenting my journey in origami through this blog. I hope you enjoy browsing through my portfolio!
